What FindLocalBrokers is (and isn't)

FindLocalBrokers is a directory and advertising platform that helps consumers find licensed mortgage professionals. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, or loan originator. We do not originate, arrange, negotiate, or fund loans, we do not give mortgage, legal, or financial advice, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and any broker.

Listings

• Listings are compiled from publicly available professional information and from broker submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current licensing status of any listing — always verify licensing through the NMLS Consumer Access website or your provincial regulator.
• Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of any broker.
• Featured listings are paid advertisements. A "Featured" badge means the broker pays a flat advertising fee for placement. We never charge per-loan or per-referral fees.

For brokers: claiming and removal

If you are listed here, you may claim your listing free of charge to correct or complete it. If you prefer not to be listed, request removal through the claim form on your listing page or via our contact form, and we will remove your listing promptly.

Consumer requests

When you submit a request to be contacted, you consent to your submitted details being shared with relevant licensed broker(s) who may contact you about your request. Any engagement, agreement, or transaction that follows is solely between you and that broker.

Fair housing

We support the Fair Housing Act and equal opportunity in housing. The brokers listed are independent professionals responsible for their own compliance with all applicable lending and fair-housing laws.

Liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindLocalBrokers and Diamond Equity AI are not liable for any decision, transaction, loss, or damage arising from use of the site or from any interaction with a listed broker.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
