• Information you submit: if you request a callback or ask to be matched with a broker, we collect the details you provide (name, email, phone number, and your message). If you add or claim a broker listing, we collect the professional details you submit (name, company, contact information, photo, license/NMLS number).
• Listing information: broker listings are compiled from publicly available professional information and from broker submissions.
• Usage information: we keep standard, privacy-light server analytics (pages viewed, general traffic sources, browser type). We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not set tracking cookies.

How we use information

• Consumer requests are shared with the licensed mortgage broker(s) relevant to your request so they can contact you — that is the purpose of the form.
• Broker submissions are used to create and maintain directory listings.
• We use service providers to process requests (for example, payment processing by Stripe and customer-relationship tooling). We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
• Brokers may claim, correct, or request removal of their listing at any time — see our Terms.
• California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and Canadian users under PIPEDA, by contacting us.
